Ikke-autoriserte førere er fullt ansvarlige for alle skader på Enterprise-kjøretøyene og skader forårsaket av Enterprise-kjøretøyene. Personen på reservasjonen regnes som hovedfører. Han eller hun bør være til stede på tidspunktet for henting og er ansvarlig for alle leieutgifter og utgifter knyttet til leie.

Arrival
After exiting the baggage claim, follow the exit sign and enter the car park.
Walk 70 meters and enter the door on your right. Inside, the key box is located on the wall to your left.
Please follow the instructions emailed prior or stated on the key box to get your key.
WiFi/data is needed to access the rental key provided during After Hours reservation. If you cannot access WIFI/data, have any issues, or need assistance, please contact 24-hour helpline who will help you.
When you have collected your key, go back to your right down the corridor and the exit will be on your left. When outside, follow the road to the right, and at the end turn left. You will find the parking area straight ahead. Look for our flag at the center of the parking area, branded Enterprise/Alamo/National.
Your vehicle has been checked for damages and if any, they are marked on your rental agreement, received on email after signing the agreement. Please take time to walk-around your vehicle before leaving the parking garage, if you notice a new damage take a picture/video with time/date and contact our branch as soon as possible during working hours to inform us of the new damage.
The exit is located at the end, furthest away from the airport.

Return:
Follow the signs to ‘Rental Car’. Entering the parking area, look for our flag marked with Alamo/Enterprise/National. Park your vehicle on an available stall marked for Alamo/Enterprise/National.
To drop of you key, please go one level up and the key box will be located in front of you.
You can also return the key in our office where a drop box is located.
Follow the instructions on the display and enter the plate number on the key tag (i.e. UF12345) and your phone number. A slot will open, place the key inside and close the slot firmly. If any issues or assistance needed, please contact 24-hour helpline who will guide you.
The final invoice will be sent to your email within 72 hours.
Important information: To provide convenience to travelers we provide 24/7 returns. Please note, outside business hours, depositing the keys in the drop box does not constitute the end of the rental. You remain liable for any damages until an Alamo/National/Enterprise employee takes possession of the vehicle and keys when the rental branch opens the following working day.

Aldergrensen for å leie fra Enterprise Norge er 18 år. Kunder må ha hatt sertifikatet i minst ett år. Alle førere på mellom 18 og 24 år blir belastet en mindreårigavgift på 100,00 NOK inkl. mva. per dag, maksimalt 1000,00 NOK per utleie. Alle bilgrupper er tilgjengelige for leietakere på mellom 18 og 99 år.

Biler kan bare kjøres i Belgia, Danmark, Finland, Frankrike, Italia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Nederland, Portugal, San Marino, Spania, Storbritannia, Sveits, Sverige, Tsjekkia, Tyskland og Østerrike. Det er tillatt å ta med bilen på ferge. Det påløper et gebyr kryssing av landegrense på 250,00 NOK per dag. I alle tilfeller må kunder informere utleiefilialen om hensikten om å forlate landet med bilen og kreve godkjenning. Uautoriserte reiser over landegrenser vil føre til avtalebrudd og sanksjoneres med straffegebyr på 10 000,00 NOK.

Alle utleiesteder der bilen ikke leveres til samme sted som hentestedet, vil det pålegges et énveisgebyr. Dette énveisgebyret varierer etter bilkategori, sted og hentedato. Énveisgebyrets nøyaktige beløp vil vises i løpet av reservasjonsprosessen når du skriver inn datoer, ønsket rute og bilkategori.

Collision Damage Waiver And Theft Protection (CDWTP) is an optional coverage that reduces the renter's liability in case of damage to the body work, theft or attempted theft of the vehicle. If CDW is not included in the reservation, the renter has liability up to the full market value of the vehicle. If CDWTP is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase.
If included in the reservation or purchased, the excess amount is 15,000 NOK for all car classes except premium, luxury and passenger van categories where the deductible is 20,000 NOK. Excess will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged/stolen.
Before purchasing CDW it is advised to determine, if personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If CDW is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges and seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. CDW is not insurance.

Personulykkesforsikringen dekker sjåfør og passasjerer, og gir erstatning for medisinsk invalidited, medisinske utgifter eller dødsfall som et resultat
av en trafikkulykke.

All major credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Diners Club are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Digital cards (Apple Pay/Google Pay etc.), traveler checks, prepaid cards, cash, debit cards and retail store cards are not accepted as methods of payment. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit is 10000 NOK for all vehicle categories. For premium and luxury models, two credit cards are required in the renter's name.

På tidspunktet for henting må kunden fremvise gyldig førerkort i det landet der hentingen finner sted. Alle nasjonale førerkort i EU gjelder i Norge. Førerkortet må være utstedt av autoriserte myndigheter minst 12 måneder før leiestart. Førerkort utstedt før EU trådte i kraft bør være i det latinske alfabetet og ha den internasjonale merkingen Permis De Conduire.
For alle leietakere fra utenfor EU kreves det internasjonalt førerkort (IDP). IDP må ledsages av det nasjonale førerkortet. IDP kreves ikke hvis kunden har førerkort for Australia, Canada, Island, New Zealand, Norge, Sveits eller USA. Det stilles spesielle krav til førerkort fra Folkerepublikken Kina og Vietnam. Passinformasjon: Leietakere fra land som er en del av Schengen-avtalen (inkludert Island, Norge og Sveits), må fremvise et gyldig nasjonalt identitetskort eller pass ved leieskranken som identitetsbevis.


Alle andre leietakere må fremvise et gyldig internasjonalt pass i det latinske alfabetet ved utleieskranken som identitetsbevis. Vilkårene ovenfor gjelder også for eventuelle ytterligere førere.

Ansvarsforsikring for tredjepart er påbudt ved lov og inkludert i alle utleiepriser. Ansvarsforsikringen har ingen grense for hvor mye som dekkes per ulykke ved personskade eller død. Ansvarsforsikring dekker skade på eiendom på inntil 10 000 000,00 NOK per ulykke. Ansvarsforsikring for tredjepart dekker et beløp som justeres hvert år fra 1. januar. Ansvarsforsikringen dekker ikke skade på føreren av leiebilen, men tredjeparter, passasjerer, er dekket. Den dekker heller ikke leietakers eiendeler eller skade på hengere som festes til bilen, for eksempel campingvogn eller tilhenger.
