Do I need to pay a deposit for a rental car?
No, you do not need to pay a deposit for your rental car. We will simply block an amount on your credit card, which will be removed once your car is returned to us. As long as there are no damages or extra kilometers on the car, you will receive the full amount back.
Do I need a credit card to book a car?
We accept all the major credit cards, including Mastercard, American Express, Visa, and Diners Club. Unfortunetly we can not accept debit cards - not even Mastercard Debit. Please note that you cannot pay with cash as we reserve an additional amount on your card as a deposit, which is released when the car is returned.
How old do I need to be to rent a car with Enterprise?
You must be at least 18 years old and have held a driving license for at least one year. All drivers between the ages of 18 and 25 are charged a young driver fee of NOK 100 including VAT. per day, maximum NOK 1,000 per rental.
How is the rental car insured?
In Norway, the rental car is always insured with the statutory insurances and includes comprehensive and liability insurance. The insurances cover expenses for damage costs with an excess of NOK 10,000 per damage in accordance with the rental agreement.
Can I choose the exact model of car that I want to rent?
No, unfortunately not. We change our fleet frequently to ensure that our cars are always new, therefore we cannot promise a specific model. However, our cars are always rented based on size, so whatever vehicle you book online, you will receive a car in a comparable size.
